Veggie Teriyaki

  • ½ cup broccoli florets packed
  • ¼ cup carrot diced
  • ¼ cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Optional Protein

  • 1 Dr. Praeger’s Asian Veggie Burger
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas


  • If using, cook Dr. Praeger’s Asian Veggie Burger according to package directions.
  • Add all ingredients and chickpeas, if using, to a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle with the teriyaki sauce. Stir to coat.
  • Cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir, and cook for another minute, or until all veggies are tender and thoroughly heated through.
