  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup ice

Optional Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • raspberries
  • yogurt


  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to a glass, and garnish with desired toppings.
