  • 1 cup carrot diced
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 1 large date pitted
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger

Optional Toppings

  • natural yogurt plant-based or dairy
  • almonds chopped


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to a cold glass, and enjoy immediately!
