Ingredients

  • pizza crust of choice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 cups roasted veggies of your choice
  • cheese of your choice

Optional Topping

  • 4 Dr. Praeger's Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Instructions

  • If using, cook Dr. Praeger's Sweet Potato Hash Browns according to package
    instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 375F (or what your pizza crust directions request).
  • Add crust to a baking tray, add cheese and add hash browns, spinach and roasted veggies.
  • Drizzle avocado oil on top if desired.
  • Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the pizza is crispy and cooked to your liking.
  • Add avocado and enjoy!
