- ½ cup broccoli florets packed
- ¼ cup carrot diced
- ¼ cup frozen peas
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 Dr. Praeger’s Asian Veggie Burger
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- If using, cook Dr. Praeger’s Asian Veggie Burger according to package directions.
- Add all ingredients and chickpeas, if using, to a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle with the teriyaki sauce. Stir to coat.
- Cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir, and cook for another minute, or until all veggies are tender and thoroughly heated through.
