Chickpea Avocado Toast

- 2 slices sourdough bread or other bread of choice
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ cup chickpeas cooked
- 1 cup leafy greens or microgreens
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Toast the bread to desired doneness.
- Slice the avocado, and lightly mash half onto each slice bread.
- Top the avocado base with chickpeas and greens.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
