Carrot Cake Smoothie

- 1 cup carrot diced
- 1 ½ cups almond milk or other milk of choice
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 ripe banana frozen
- 1 large date pitted
- 1 cup ice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- natural yogurt plant-based or dairy
- almonds chopped
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to a cold glass, and enjoy immediately!
