- pizza crust of choice
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 avocado sliced
- 2 cups roasted veggies of your choice
- cheese of your choice
- 4 Dr. Praeger's Sweet Potato Hash Browns
- If using, cook Dr. Praeger's Sweet Potato Hash Browns according to package
- Preheat the oven to 375F (or what your pizza crust directions request).
- Add crust to a baking tray, add cheese and add hash browns, spinach and roasted veggies.
- Drizzle avocado oil on top if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the pizza is crispy and cooked to your liking.
- Add avocado and enjoy!
